Paula grew up on the Eastside in Bellevue and Redmond, giving her firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make the region one of the most desirable areas in Washington State. After earning her bachelor's degree from Washington State University in Pullman, she returned to the Puget Sound area and has personally bought, renovated, and lived in homes throughout Everett, Renton, Issaquah, and Newcastle, where she currently resides.

That hands-on experience with the buying, selling, and renovation process gives her a unique perspective that most brokers simply don't have. Whether a client is purchasing their first home, looking for a vacation retreat in Central Washington, or evaluating an investment property, Paula understands the process from a homeowner's point of view — not just an agent's.
